Leadership Behaviour and Human Resource Management Practice Mediation between Strategic Plan and Performance of Selected Ethiopian Sports Federation

The purpose of the study was to identify relationship between strategic plan and performance through leadership behavior human resource management practices (HRMP) a selected Ethiopian sports federation. For this study's purpose, researcher used quantitative research cross-sectional design. A sample size ninety-five (n = 95) respondents in study. data analysis processed using IBM SPSS Amos 23.0 software. Structural equation modeling has been relationship. Confirmatory Factory Analysis (CFA) test hypothesis result shows HRMP play an important mediating role plans sport federations ( =.86, P 0.00). findings confirm that partially mediate both federations. recommended it is advisable work on capacity development programs for take up-to-date training frequently; will enhance
